Anna Fanning, 68, of 49 Byron St. died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital, Providence.
She was the widow of Albert J. Fanning.
Born in Nova Scotia, a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Campbell) MacNeil, she came to Providence 45 years ago, settling in Cranston.
Mrs. Fanning was a saleswoman for the Outlet Co. from 1960 to 1970. She was a communicant of St. Ann's Church.
She is survived by a son, two daughters, three sisters and seven grandchildren.
