She is survived by her son, Shane Seidel; daughter, Kim and her fiancé Kevin; grandchildren, Courtney and Christian Seidel; brothers, Don Raborn, Ronnie Raborn, Wayne Raborn; sisters, Doris Raborn, Wanda Keller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brenda was an active member of Mallard Creek Baptist Church for 70 years, where she attended all the events and was a part of the choir.
She enjoyed collecting antiques, traveling and listening to country music. She was also a huge Elvis Presley fan and was an excellent baker.
A funeral will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Mallard Creek Baptist Church, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 11:00am until the time of service.
Following the service she will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
The family would like to give a huge thanks to the physicians who treated Brenda, including: Primary care, Dr. Thomas Bachelor; Urologist, Dr.Roberto Ferraro; Neurologist, Dr. Shervin Eshraghi; Oncologist, Dr. Rebecca Elliott; Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Hadley Sharp; and also to her nurses and the staff at Huntersville Health and Rehab.
