Husband of Mary Rudd. They married 8mon/Oct 28/1666 in England...possibly Yorkshire.
He is noted as being of "Efington in Yorkshire" ... see attached mariage record.

His date of passing is OS 1mon/Mar 2/1682.
I have posted the original burial record from Bucks QM...my thoughts are, even though it mentions "1st month", referring to what we now call March, the calendar year didn't change on the first as it does now. The new year began on the 25th.... so, my thoughts are the year is still 1682.... and if you look at record in it's entirety, he is the last burial in 1682 and next listing is 1683.
This transcriber for Bucks QM made two's that look like 'z's and Ancestry transcribed the month from this as July...

(On a side note, there are several carrying this name... one passing in 1733, another in 1754, all in Bucks Co.... and some records are for them MAY be attributed to this one by some on Ancestry.)
There is a son of Cuthbert and Deliverance Hayhurst within Hopewell MM.
( 10mon/Dec 22/1731 - 2/12/1803)
Next line states "Cuthbert recf (received) Middletown MM 3/6/1769"
.
Please see my home page for more on this.Nicholas Waln - After telling us of his place of birth adds, "he was one of the worthies in Israel." "My spirit is comforted in a sense of that power, which did attend him in our meetings, for many years in the land of our nativity, and also after he came into these parts. [He was] a valiant soldier for the Truth, and bore a faithful testimony to the same, in word, life and conversation.

*Also found as Cathbert - Cuthbert Hayhurst

*Arch Street Record of Certificates of Removal 1682
