Branchville - Service for Dorothy Bright Connelly, 74, of 7697 Freedom Road, will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Chapel of Ott Funeral Home, with burial in the Bryant Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence. Mrs. Connelly, widow of Robert Connelly, died Friday. Born in Branchville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Mills Bright and Vivian Watson Bright. Mrs. Connelly was a member of Reevesville Baptist Church. Surviving are her sons, Thomas Connelly of Branchville, Donald Connelly of Cheraw; daughter, Vivian Ayers of Hampton; brother, Donald Bright of Spartanburg; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews. © The State, Columbia, SC, 25 Feb 2001
