She was a retired hospice nurse with UT Hospital and a member of Laurel Bank Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Hatcher and sister, Kalthleen Lantz. Survivors include her husband, Raymond Cleo "Joe" Gourley; daughter & son-in-law, Ramona & Jeff Perkins of Fayetteville, GA; granddaughters, Hannah and Abigail Perkins; niece, Anna Ogle.
