JUDSON SAWYER PASS IN SEATTLE AT AGE OF 81
J Sawyer died in Seattle yesterday morning according to a telegram to his daughter, Mrs. G. Fred Tate. He was 81 years of age.
Mr. Sawyer was born in Ohio and served in the Civil War. He came to Washington in 1884 locating at Sprague and came to Kalispell in 1896. For many years he was in the grocery business with his son, Hugh Sawyer. Two years ago he left for Seattle.
He is survived by his wife, son Hugh, and two daughters, Mrs. Grace Fordyce of Seattle and Mrs. Alice Tate of Kalispell.
