INA V. MOULDER MATTOON - Mrs. J.H. "Jack" (Ina V.) Moulder, 80, of Route 1, Neoga, died at 8:46 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 24, 1984) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home with Elder Eugene Janes officiating. Burial will be in Humboldt Township Cemetery.
She was born June 4, 1903, near Red Boiling Springs, Tenn., a daughter of Silas B. and Annie Elizabeth West Parkhurst. She married J.H. "Jack" Moulder on Oct. 17, 1926, near Red Boiling Springs. He survives.
Mr. and Mrs. Moulder operated Moulder grocery at 2001 Charleston for 10 years and then at 2617 Marion from 1950 to 1963. They later operated a restaurant at 2617 Marion, from 1963 to 1969. They have resided In Mattoon and vicinity since 1936. Mrs. Moulder was an elementary school teacher in Tennessee and a member of Primitive Baptist Church at Hindsboro.
Survivors include a son, Bennett C. "Ben" of Jacksonville; three sisters, Mrs. Staley (Laura O.) Odelle of Portland, Tenn., Josephine Unger of Atlanta, Ga., and Mrs. Eugene (Ruth) Dean of Mattoon; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters, six half- brothers and four half-sisters.
