Marjorie M. Cameron, 68, of Spokane and formerly of Union County, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1993, in Vancouver, Wash. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Elgin Cemetery. Mrs. Cameron was born on Aug. 7, 1925, to Walter and Ruby (Day) Klinghammer in La Grande. On Feb. 12, 1966, she married Howard Cameron in Walla Walla, Wash. They lived in the Walla Walla area from the early 1960s to the mid 1970s. They moved to Spokane in 1986. She worked as a telemarketer for four years, the last 2 1/2 years with Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home in Spokane. Survivors include her husband Howard of Spokane, son Mitchel Finley of Spokane, daughter, Lani Wildman of Vancouver, Wash.; stepson Doug Cameron; step daughters Judy Carpenter, Linda Uhden and Laura Brittain; brother Donald Klinghammer of Eugene; grandchildren Christopher, Scott and Timothy Wildman and Sean, Patrick and Kevin Finley; and other relatives and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane or Vancouver Hospice in care of Daniels Valley Funeral Chapel, 1502 Seventh St., La Grande 97850.
