He retired from Lee's Automotive as a mechanic. He enjoyed wood crafting, country music and blue grass music.
He is survived by a son David B. Fringer, Jr. and wife Bonnie of Union Bridge, a daughter Judy Petenbrink and husband Robert of Gettysburg, PA, a brother Charles Fringer of Hanover, PA, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brothers Donald Fringer, Kenneth Fringer and Adam Roy Fringer, Jr. and sisters Mildred DeMoss and Betty Sentz.
Interment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery in Uniontown.
