Roy Keith "Jake" Dugan, 67, Orrick in Ray County, died Nov. 25, 1993, at North Kansas City Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Orrick Baptist Church; burial in South Point Cemetery, near Orrick. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Gowing Chapel, Orrick. The family suggests contributions to the church. Mr. Dugan was born near Orrick and lived in Yorktown, Va., from 1982 until he returned to Orrick in 1988. He formerly worked at the Amoco Oil Co. Sugar Creek refinery. He was Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. He was a member of the church. Survivors include his wife, Norma Lou Dugan of the home; a son, Bruce Edward Dugan, Orrick; a daughter, Katherine Ann Rochowicz, Mohnton, Pa.; and five grandchildren.
