DOWLING SEELY: SilverLake; 84, died Friday at a Topeka hospital after an extended illness. He was born 31 Aug 1895 at Boscobel, son of Charles Mark & Rhoda Ann Dowling Seely. He moved with his parents from WI to Decatur Cnty in 1906 & to SilverLake in 1911 & lived in the SilverLake community the rest of his life. MrSeely was a retired farmer. He married Cora Howell at Lawrence on 21 Aug 1922, she died 15 Dec 1976. Survivors include 2 sis: Maye Swanson-Camano Island WA & Maude Bausch-Hoyt & a bro: IvanC Seely-Topeka. Service will be Monday at Penwell Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in SilverLake Cem.
