Helen Gary, 75, Columbus, Ind., died at 9 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 16, 1992 at the home of her son.
She was born June 22, 1917 in Columbus, the daughter of William C. and Grace Amsden Romine. Her first marriage was to Marion Bryant in 1939. She married Edgar F. Gary in 1965, and he preceded her in death April 2, 1982. She was a member of the Columbus Senior Citizens.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth M. Bryant, Columbus, Ind.; two sisters, Florence Stapp, Greensburg and Mildred Fulp, Columbus; and one granddaughter.
One brother, Harry Hinman, and one sister, Nellie Haislup, preceded her in death.
The Rev. Charles P. MacArthur will officiate the services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Reed and Jewell Funeral Home in Columbus, Ind.
Burial will be in Garland Brook Cemetery, Columbus.
Visitation is at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Memorials may be given to the Bartholomew County Hospice.
