Ingeborg Swenson, 76, passed away in Tacoma, Washington Friday.

Mrs. Swenson was the widow of Oscar A. Swenson. She was born May 20, 1888 in Oklee, Minnesota where she grew to womanhood. On June 21, 1911 she was married to Oscar Swenson. She and her husband made their home in Vonda, Sask, until returning to Minnesota in 1912.

In the fall of 1912 they moved to York, North Dakota and later returned to Alberta where they engaged in farming for seven years when they came to the Flathead in 1922 and settled in Somers.

In 1927, they moved to Stryker and made their home there until 1938 when they moved to Elmo. In 1940 she with her husband came to Kalispell where Mrs. Swenson made her home until the death of Mr. Swenson on august 22, 1949. After the death of her husband, she moved to Tacoma where she had made her home since.

Surviving Mrs. Swenson are three daughters, Mrs. John Burcham of Kalispell; Mrs. Gladys Curtis of Fairbanks, Alaska; and Mrs. Margaret Oliver of Lake View Washington; 15 grandchildren and give great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Swenson was preceded in death by one son, Earl Swenson in 1942.
