Uriah Jackson
Taken By Death
Uriah Jackson, 77, farmer of the community southeast of Chelsea, died Monday night in a Pryor hospital.
A native of Randolph county, Ark., Jackson and his family had lived on a farm near here since 1944.
He was a member of the Assembly Of God church.
Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Ruth Stotler, of Prague; three sons, Floyd Jackson of the home, Earl Jackson of Seminole, and Leroy Jackson, Sand Springs; 17 grandchildren; a brother and sister, W. J. Jackson of Forest Grove, Ore., and Alice Haney, Gainesville, Tex.
Funeral services are to be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Baptist Temple at Tulsa. Interment will be in a cemetery at Little.
