William Fred Doyle, 75 died on Monday, Oct 12, at the home of Mr and Mrs. John W. Balwin, near Whiteford, where he had resided for the past ten years. he was a veteran of World War I, a member of Slate Ridge Post 182 American Legion, Whiteford and a member of the Harford Barracks 481, Veterans of World War I.
The deseased is survived by his wife, Lillian B Doyle of Baltimore; one son, William B Doyle of Towson; one daughter, Mrs Margaret Pugh of Pasadena, Md; two sisters, Mrs. Maude D Thompson of Pylesville and Mrs. Hannah D Mousdale of Abingdon.
Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, oct 14, at 2pm from the Harkins Funeral Home, Delta, Pa. with Rev. C.C. Eads, Rector of Rock Spring Espiscopal Parish, officiating. Interment was in Rock Spring Church Cemetery, Forest Hill.
Military graveside honors were conducted.
