I believe this very hard to read gravestone (using enlarged/enhanced photo taken Sep 2006) says something like:

Here lies
Anna Kreider
Born 26 December 1844
Lived only 1 year, 3 months and 4 days

I believe it is in the German fraktur style of lettering, similar to Old English type.

The Lebanon Daily News carried many articles on the Kreider Family from May to Sep 1919 from Rev. J.G. Francis's pen. Rev. J. Lee Kreider of Dayton, OH put them online in 1983 at http://www.kreider.us/Phipps/Kreider.pdf.
