Born in Troutman, NC, on April 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Della Gobel Gregory. Mrs. Lippard was a graduate of Celeste Henkle High School in Troutman, NC. She was a pastor's wife and homemaker and a member of Three and Twenty Baptist Church.
She was the wife of the late W.H. (Jim) Lippard, Jr. Surviving are her two sons, Ronald W. (Tracy) Lippard of Bluffton, SC and Michael R. (Carolyn) Lippard of Arden, NC; one granddaughter, Ashley L. (Scott) Beebe of Bluffton, SC; one grandson, David M. (Brandi) Lippard of Weaverville, NC; five great-grandchildren, Brayden, Jaxon and Whitten Beebe, Aydin and Eli Lippard; two brothers, Espy Gregory of Troutman, NC, Jim (Faye) Gregory of Stoney Point, NC; four sisters, Jean (J.D.) Parker of Hickory, NC, Shirley Shaver of Troutman, NC, Marie Houston of Troutman, NC, and Wanda Sue (Larry) Potts of Troutman, NC.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband, daughter, Sylvia Ann Lippard, brothers Bill Gregory and Glenn Gregory, and sister, Margaret Ashley.
Burial: Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens, SC.
