Rena "Lynnie" Badoni, 56, of Aztec, passed onto our Heavenly Father on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016. She was born Aug. 20, 1959, in Shiprock. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. Mom liked to sew, crochet, travel and socialize. Her sparkling personality and laughter brightened many hearts. She is survived by seven brothers, three sisters, three children, one grandchild and countless nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at the Dineh Christian Center in Shiprock. Interment to follow at the Badoni Family Cemetery in Cudei, N.M. Rena is in the care of Desert View Funeral Home, North U.S. Highway 491, in Shiprock, 505-368-4607.
