Various California documents list the birth year for Isaac Bullar between 1853 and 1856. I have changed his birth year on this memorial due to his appearance on the 1850 census, and due to his stated age on the 1870 census. Comments are welcome.

It appears that Isaac was a horse trainer while living in California.
