Aura Belle was the fourth child of six children born to Daniel Poyser and Phebe Florence Armstrong. She married Rev. Wilmer Elsworth Goode Sr. (son of Adam Goode and Delila Ann Wycoff) on 7 Aug 1882 in Long Island, Phillips county, Kansas. They had eight children:

OBITUARY

Aura Belle Goode, widow of the late Rev. Wilmer Elsworth Goode and prominent resident of Macdoel, Calif., passed away in the city Thursday morning at 4 o'clock following an illness of several months. She was born in Nebraska August 4, 1863, and aged 67 years, 2 months and 10 days at the time of death., She is survived by three sons, Arthur F. Goode of Prospect, Ore.; Elsworth and Merl of Macdoel, Cal., and four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Kandy of Crater Lake National Park, Mrs. Marie Milligan of Richmond, Calif., Mrs Eva Young and Mrs. Maud Holmes of Macdoel, Calif.
The remains are in the gold room of the Earl Whitlock funeral home, Pine at Sixth, where friends may call. Announcement of funeral arrangements will be made later.
