He served in the Navy during World War II.
Mr. Allen worked as a ranch hand and a cook's helper for many years. He retired after being a member of the Laborer's Local Union 915 since 1944.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ada in April 1977.
Survivors include his son, Everette Gene Allen, Greeley, Colo.; daughters Shirley Ruth Teater and Charlotee Yvonne Jones, both Klamath Falls; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
