Horace Berry was a delegate to the town of Windham at a constitutional convention on the first Wednesday of December in 1876. During this convention the annual election of State officers was changed from occurring annually to biennially. >History of Windham in NH, p106.
At the annual meetings of 1869 through 1871 Horace Berry was one of the auditors and from 1872 through 1879 he was a collector. Also in 1879 he is listed as Treasurer. >History of Windham in NH, pp218, 219.
