Luis Catuar de Anda left this earthly existence on July 23, 2016 at the age of 91. In his wake, we are left grieving, but ever grateful for his influential presence in all our lives and for the many wonderful memories we share. As a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and trusted friend, he strived to do his best with whatever resources he possessed. His life journey was aided by a generous sense of humor, an inventive intellect, a welcoming smile, and a pinch of humility. The inevitable setbacks only fueled his resolve to succeed the next time. We bid him farewell, for now, with all our love. Funeral services will be held at Duggan's Serra Mortuary in Daly City, CA on July 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, CA. A celebration of his life will be held in Sacramento, CA at a future date.
