Mr. Anschutz age 88, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center. He was born on January, 12, 1928 in Garfield Township to the late Carl & Clara (Martin) Anschutz. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Karbowski equipment. Paul was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, the VFW and the K of C of Linwood. He enjoyed hunting, gardening and growing his apples in his apple orchard. He is survived by his brother William (Sandra) Anschutz, and a sister Barbara (Bob) Witte, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Carl Anschutz and two sisters; Caroline Krol and Regina Welker.

Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 10 am from Prince of Peach Parish-St. Anne Campus with Rev. Fr. Nick Coffaro and Deacon Mike Arnold with burial in St. Anne Cemetery with military funeral honors. Friends may call at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Friday, from 4 to 8 pm. A Prayer Vigil will be held at 7 pm. On Saturday, Paul will lie in state at the church from 9 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Prince of Peach Parish.
