Mrs. Sally Mae Sayer Campbell, age 92, of Cape Canaveral, FL, formerly of Toccoa, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016.
Born November 4, 1923 in Toccoa, she was a daughter of the late John Henry "Bub" and Vivian Cole Sayer.
She was a member of Carnes Creek Baptist Church where she attended since she was a little girl. Mrs. Campbell retired from Coats and Clark with 25 years of service. She enjoyed golf and made a "Hole In One" 3 times. She also enjoyed Braves Baseball, sports, and reading her Bible.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Patrick "Pat" Campbell, sisters and brothers, Laverne, Geneva, John, and Dwayne.
Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Carnes Creek Baptist Church with Dr. Tim Miller officiating.
Burial will follow at Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery beside her husband, Pat.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Hansel Dwayne Sayers, Ron Mitchell, Larry Carlan, Lee McFarlin, Patrick Jankowski, and Chris Payne.
Henry Brown, Kenneth Sayers, and Michael Beasley will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Saturday, July 23, 2016.
