Ann (Miccolis) Danley, 94, of Vandergrift, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016, in UPMC St. Margaret, Aspinwall. Born Aug. 7, 1921, in Vandergrift, she was a daughter of the late Vito and Linda (Trombetta) Miccolis. Ann lived in the Vandergrift area all of her life, and was a 1939 graduate of Vandergrift High School. She was a member of St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church in Vandergrift, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas of the church, and was a volunteer at St. Gertrude's school. Ann also volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels and the Girl Scouts. She enjoyed bowling, line dancing, playing cards, sewing, gardening, going to plays, taking bus trips, Tai Chi, traveling with her late husband, Jack, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Danley, on May 27, 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Rosalind (David) Smail, of Spring Church; son, Jack (Gabriella) Danley, of Elberta, Ala.; four grandchildren, Michele Smail, of Chillicothe, Ohio, Melissa (Steve) Walker, of East Windsor, N.J., Michael Danley, of Columbus, Ga., and Jason (Stacee) Danley, of Pensacola, Fla.; four great-grandchildren, Jack, Hailee, Zoe and Sawyer; sister, Amelia "Millie" Centorcelli, of Vandergrift; brother, Lawrence (Ann) Miccolis, of West Leechburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016, in the BRADY-CURRAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 429 Franklin St., Vandergrift. Additional visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the parting prayers of transfer at 9:30 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, Vandergrift, with Father James Loew, OSB, as celebrant. Entombment in Greenwood Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lower Burrell.
