Adam Kozloski died at 11 o'clock yesterday morning at his home in South Mountain near Chambersburg, Pa., where he had resided for two years. Previous to that he had been a life-long resident of this city.
He is survived by four sisters: Mrs. Lewis Dagutis, 534 Lafayette court, this city; Mrs. Michael Volcanis, McKinley street, this city; Frances and Marie, in Lithuania.
The body will be brought to this city, where interment will be made.

son of Joseph Kozloski and Aggie Mosloski, both born in Lithuania. He was single and was a hard coal miner for the Lehigh Valley Coal Company in Hazleton.
