NICHOLS, THOMAS EDWIN SR., 70, of Louisville, passed away, Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center.

He was United States Navy veteran, owner and operator of Louisville Dental Casting a member of Highland Park Lodge #846, Robinson Lodge #266, Louisville Scottish Rite, York City Rite Iroquois Chapter #193, York Rite College, Kosair Shine, O.E.S. Chapter #576, AAHMED Grotto, and Society of Past Masters.

Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years Faye Kilner Nichols; children Thomas E. Nichols Jr. (Tori), James Michael Nichols (Shanna), and Patrick L. Nichols (Tennille); brothers Steven L. Burgees and Bob E. Burgees (Janice) sister Rosetta M. Dalton; 11 grandchildren; our good buddy Al Goldsmith.

His funeral service will be at noon Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY. Visitation is Wednesday 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
