Ali Ellis, 37, of the 700 block of Quail Ave, passed away July 1, 2016. Ali was born in Norfolk, VA, July 27, 1978. He was a cook at No Frill Bar & Grill. Mr. Ellis was a member of Good News C.O.G.I.C. and served on the youth praise team. He received his education at Maury High School in Norfolk, VA. Ali was predeceased by his mother, Cynthia E. Caffee and father, Wayne H. Ellis, Sr. He is survived by his stepfather, Frank F. Caffee; two sisters, Tracy M. Jones and Dornice F. Caffee; five brothers, Wayne H. Ellis, Jr., Thomas M. Ellis, Alvin U. Ellis, Jeremy F. Ellis and Frank F. Caffee, Jr.
