John W. Anderson, Jr. 63, of Meshoppen passed away at his house Feb. 16, 2016. He was born in Meshoppen on March 6, 1952 and he was the son of the late John Sr. and Romayne Scott Anderson. John was married to the former Judy Sharts for 21 years. John was a truck driver and enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents John is preceded in death by a sister Susan Mae Minzak and a son John C. Anderson and his children. In addition to his wife Judy, John is survived by sons Phillip and Mark, and daughters Lynn, Mindy, and Tina and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren brothers; Randy Craig, George and wife, Susan, Bruce Warren and wife, Jodi, all of Tunkhannock, and David Allen of Notosulga AL; two sisters, Patricia Louise of Tunkhannock and Emma Jane and husband, Ed of Derby, KS.
