ELGIN - Barbara DeMoulin, 79, of Elgin, passed away on June 27, 2016, at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home, Elgin. She was born on May 27, 1937 in Elgin, IL the daughter of Louis and Lois (Riebock) Forgan. Barbara had worked as a Secretary for School District U46 prior to her retirement. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church of Elgin. Survivors include her two sons: William (Kathy) DeMoulin of Elgin and Wesley (Janice) DeMoulin of Hampshire, IL; three grandchildren: Corinne DeMoulin, Natalie (Kevin) Snow and Joseph DeMoulin; and four great grandchildren; and a sister: Carolyn (Jerry) Roller. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband: Glen DeMoulin. Memorial services were held on July 2, 2016 at Epworth United Methodist Church, Elgin.
