He married Viola Fry in the late 1800's. They were divorced. She preceded him in death.

He had a 2nd wife, Myrtle, who is buried in Oklahoma, and son by her, Floyd Charley or Charles Tracey, also buried in Oklahoma.

He is also preceded in death by 4 sisters and a brother.

He is survived by daughter, Ellen Ledbetter, Deer Park, WA; and son, Clarence (Esther), Clayton, NM. Ellen M Tracey Ledbetter b: Apr 1899 d: 30 Oct 1971 in Spokane. Was married to Fred Ledbetter. (1895-1967) 18 Mar 1935 in Spokane Co, WA. At the time of her marriage her last name was Smith.
