Mrs. Mathilda Seigfried, widow of John Seigfried, died at her home on North street, McSherrystown.
She was aged 79 years, four months and nine days.
Surviving are children Mrs. Sarah Clara (T. V.) Groft, Mrs. Marian Matilda (Harry) King, Edward and Annie Seigfired; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brothers George and Anthony Ackerman and a sister Mrs. George Groft.
Interment in Conewago.

They were parents of Sarah Clara, George Joseph, Marian matilda, Edward John, Mary Anastasia and Annie S. Siegfried.
