PEORIA, Ariz. - Walter Overturf, 97, formerly of Grand Island, died Nov. 23, 2012, in Peoria.
Mr. Overturf lived in Grand Island in the 1950's and 60's and worked for the Federal Aviation Agency.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dwight and Kathryn Overturf of Mesa, Ariz.; a daughter and son-in-law, Dee and Michael Moehlenkamp of Kathleen, Ga.; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vene.
