He was born December 14, 1945 in Lafayette, Indiana, the son of Frank and Dazie Bland.
He was a machinist for NAMPAC and he formally was the event coordinator of the Pacers Sports and Entertainment.
Harold is survived by his daughters, Amanda Cherry and Brandy Bland; sister, Marcie Bradford; grandchildren, Chelsea and Nicholas Cherry, Miranda Bland.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1st, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the mortuary.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirklin, Indiana.
