Henry Peters was the only son of Peter Pers, born in York County, Pennsylvania and died in Waterloo, Seneca County New York at the age of 75 years, 5 months and 19 days. He was married to Hannah and was the father to nine known children.
On August 23, 1792 he gave his mother, Mary Margaret, five shillings for the release of her dower rights.On September 11, 1805 Henry sold off the last of the land in York Township, York County, Pennsylvania. Between September 1805 and June 1806 Henry moved his family to Fayette, New York.
