PIONEER RESIDENT OF CINCINNATI DIES
Mrs. Amanda Brawner Taken by Illness Saturday; Funeral Services Held Today

Cincinnati, Feb. 15—(Special)— Mrs. Amanda Brawner, long time resident of Cincinnati died at 10 o'clock Saturday night, following an illness of seven months duration. She was 77 years, 11 months and 28 days of age at the time of her death. Mrs. Brawner was born in Adair county, Missouri, Feb. 15, 1859. Most of her life was spent in Cincinnati. She was well and favorably known, and her death brings deep sorrow not only to surviving relatives, but to a wide circle of friends. Deceased is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Betty Dotson and Mrs. Anna Darnell of Kirksville, Mo., and Mrs. Alice Evans of Springfield, Illinois, and several nieces and nephews. Her husband preceded her in death in October, 1932. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Christian church, conducted by Rev. J. E. Mathney. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill cemetery by the side of her husband.
