Aunt Margaret was the 4th child and 4thdaughter of Rev. James Albert Kinser and Donna Callie Moore Kinser of , Johnson County, TEXAS. She had 3 sisters, one of which was my mother Marie Kinser Humphrey, and one brother, Albert Foster Kinser. Donna Moore', Margret's mother had a half-sister named Anne Lou. Margaret Lou was named Lou after her greataunt.!Margret Anna Helsley Kinser was grandmother and of German origin. The spelling of her first name is the German spelling for the English, Margaret. Margaret was named after her grandmother, but as she got older she noticed the difference and thought someone had just
misspelled the name. She then decided to always go by the English version.she married Glenn Landon Rutledge on Dec. 4, 1940 in Abilene,Taylor County TX. they had 2 children born to them, Gay Lynn and Gerald GlennRutledge.

MARGARET AND HER HUSBAND GLENN WERE FAITHFUL MEMBERS OF THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF ABILENE, TEXAS.

SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND, GLENN RUTLEDGE, HER DAUGHTER GAY LYNN RUTLEDGE MILLERMAN, SON-IN- LAW JOHN MILLERMAN, HER SON GERALD GLYNN RUTLEDGE AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, JUDY RUTLEDGE, AND 4 GRAND CHILDREN, SHANNON RYAN, GLYNN ANN RUTLEDGE, MARY ELLYN RUTLEDGE, AND CHARLES BRADY RUTLEDGE.

Margaret Kinser Rutledge, 78, of 4718 Circle 19,
died Monday at her home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of
Memories, 542 Hickory, with Dr.
Bill Bruster officiating. Burial will
be in Elmwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Rutledge was born in Cle
burne, moved to Abilene at a young,
age and graduated from Abilene
High School.
She was a homemaker and a
member of First Baptist Church for
more than 50 years. .She was also a
mernber of Miriam Sunday school Rutledge
class and a former member of the
Abilene Woman's Club.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Rutledge of Abilene; a son, Gerald Rutledge of Merkel; a daughter, Gay Lynn Millerman of Richardson; two sisters, Farris Conley of San Antonio and Marie Humphrey of Bastrop; and 4 grand children.
