Vivian Haddock Carver, 93, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 in Hilliard.
A Hilliard native, she worked for many years at King Edward Cigars and was an active member of Ephesus Baptist Church prior to her health declining.
She was predeceased by her parents, J. M. and Nancy Bell Haddock; two children, Jeanette Saig and Phillip Gordon and a brother, Edward Haddock. Her surviving family includes: two daughters, Dorothy Milligan and Glennie Chavis; a son, James (Glenda) Gordon; four sisters, Louise Lee, Cleo Thompson, Amanda Armstrong and Julia Burden; 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren, with one on the way; as well as many other extended family members.
The family will receive friends at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue, Sunday (TODAY) from 4:30 until 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Ephesus Baptist Church, 48142 Middle Road, Hilliard, FL 32046 with Pastor Ron Kimbrell and Pastor Marvin Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Haddock Cemetery.
