The "plaque" of which is for Leslie and Carolyn is made of a hard, black plastic-type of susbtance. It is a bit warped from the weather and two of the screws are "loose" now since it is warped.
I do not see anyone with either Leslie or Carolyn's names on the basic cemetery records and only Helen listed as being buried in this plot, so I am unsure if they are buried here or this is just a "centoaph". I also cannot find any death record for Carolyn.
