Edith Holiman Hope, 95, of Prattsville, died Tuesday at her home.
Born Oct. 31, 1910, at Prattsville, she was a daughter of the late Powell Holiman and Pearl Shoptaw Holiman.
She was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church at Prattsville.
She was formerly a business teacher at Prattsville High School.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Hope; a son, Eddie Hope; a sister, Floy Hope; and a brother, Lester Holiman.
Survivors include two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church at Prattsville. Burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville by Memorial Gardens Funeral Home of Sheridan.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Harmony Missionary Baptist Church.
