Lester E. Holiman, 77, of Prattsville, died August 22, 1992, at his home.
Born June 15, 1915, at Prattsville, he was a son of the late Powell C. and Pearl Shoptaw Holiman.
He was a World War II Army veteran and a retiree from the state Highway Department.
He was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church at Prattsville.
Survivors include his wife, Remagene Elrod Holiman; three sons, Ronald Holiman, Phillip Holiman and Harold Holiman; two daughters, Dana Williams and Tamara Crutchfield; two sisters, Floy Hope and Edith Hope; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville with Vernon Bass and Don Goodman officiating.
Burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.

Funeral will be at 2 PM today at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, Prattsville. Burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery, Prattsville, by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
