Ray Caldwell 63 of Richford Rd 1 died early Tuesday morning at the Wilson Memorial Hospital. He is servived by his wife Mrs Marie Caldwell of Richford Rd 1; two daugthers Mrs Anthony Barbara Lidestri of Newark Valley and Mrs Robert Carol Rabenstein, Berkshire; three grandchildren; two brothers Ellis Caldwell of Brooklondale and Ralph Caldwell of Newark , California; four sisters, Mrs Elmer Morgan of Milford, Delaware, Mrs Elwood Rust of Georgetown Delaware, Mrs Bliss Negus of Richford and Alma Glezen of Lisle.. He was a past Noble Grand of Paragon Lodge IOOF Richford; a member of Paramount Rebeka Lodge; a past district deputy grand master and past Patriarch of Haywood Encampment of Newark Valley. He had served as Town Supervisor for Richford and Councilman on the Town Board. He was also a member of the Tioga County Republican Committee. Friends may call at the MacPherson Funeral Home , Newark Valley Thursday evening from 7 to 9 .

Caldwell --- The Funeral of Ray Caldwell will be held at 2 pm Friday at the Faith Bible Church, Richford. The Rev. Eugene Protzman will officiate. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, Richford in lleu of flowers, those wishing may make Contrubions to the Johnson C. Sable Heart fund of Richford IOOF or the Tioga County Heart Chapter.Friends may call at the MacPherson Funeral Home , Newark Valley Thursday eveninf from 7 to 9, the Paragon Lodge IOOF will conduct memorial services at the funeral home Thursday evening at 8 pm
