BOONEVILLE -- Amy Denice Nichols, 37, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was born in Tupelo on November 23, 1978, to Billy K. and Linda Kathryn Cummings Berryman. She was a Baptist, and she was a respiratory therapist at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. She enjoyed cooking, homemade crafts, canvas painting, shopping, and family gatherings.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Glen Jones and Bro. Leonard Ball officiating. Burial will be in Booneville Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Logan Nichols and Gage Nichols of the home; two daughters, Hannah Chappell (fiance Gage Weatherford) of Booneville and Hollie Nichols of the home; one brother, Jordan Berryman of Booneville; two sisters, Jennifer Hicks (Sam) and Leslie Berryman (Jason Barnes), all of Booneville; her parents, Billy and Linda Berryman of Booneville; grandmother, Dorothy Cummings of Booneville; uncles and aunts, Tim and Dianne Cummings, and Tony and Melissa Cummings, all of Booneville; special friends, Jeremy Nichols and Jacob Vinson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnny Cummings, and John and Eula Berryman; great-grandmothers, Ora Fugitt and Bessie Cummings; and an uncle, Steve Cummings.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Armstrong, Johnny Lambert, Brandon Anderson, James Fugitt, Wesley Horn and Michael Chaffin. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital.
