DIED, on Dec. 11th, 1888, Andrew, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Buck, of this place, aged sixteen years and three months, of inflammation of the bowels. From the time he was taken down he seemed to realize that he could not get well and expressed himself as ready to go and that he was not afraid to die. To the sorrowing members of the family, we offer our sympathy in their affliction, and can only bid them await the dawning of the brighter morning, when if we are faithful, we shall behold him clad in the garments of the Holy Angels, to go our no more forever. The funeral services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. Tucker, of the Baptist church, after which the remains were laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery.
