Agnes P. Crigler, 94, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016.


Agnes was a retired elementary school teacher and small retail business owner. Born in New Brockton, Alabama, she lived most of her life in Panama City, Florida and Rossville, Georgia.



Agnes was preceded in death by her parents Clem and Madie Pinckard; siblings Getheral Pinckard, Murray Pinckard, Myrtle Wentela, Wadand Pinckard and Mary Taylor; and son Don E. Henneker, Jr.


Agnes was survived by her grandson, Ward (Nancy) Henneker of Birmingham, AL; great-granddaughter, Ellie Henneker and great-grandson, Charles Henneker, both of Birmingham, AL; nieces and caregivers Murlene Pinckard and Becky Turman, both of Millbrook, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews.


A graveside service for Agnes will be conducted at 10:30 am Monday, May 9, 2016 in Chattanooga National Cemetery.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Panama City, Florida.


Arrangements have been entrusted by Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace, 601 Ashland Terrace, and Chattanooga, TN 37415.
