John "Jack" Marrinan, 84, of Bronston, KY, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Jean Waddle Care Center, Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
"Jack" was born on December 15, 1931, in Dayton, OH, to the late Louise and Leo Marrinan. He had many talents, that allowed assisting others with many different projects. He was a "carpenter," and as someone once said, "carpentry is the illusion of perfection."
"Jack" enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Charline Marrinan, hiking and watching her take photographs of nature. He loved every one of the experiences.
Now was the time to start gardening, which he so enjoyed with the help of others. We additionally cannot forget the love for his cat, "Happy," and "battles" over who got the heating pad.
Besides Charline, he is survived by many acquaintances over the years, members of the Marrinan and Scheidweiler Family, neighbors on Little Reading Road including special friend Mildred Flowers plus his former wife, Pamela Marrinan.
A celebration of life will be Friday, April 22, 2016, from 5-7pm, The Neighborhood of Somerset, 100 Neighborly Way, Somerset, KY.
A graveside service will be 12:30pm, Paint Lick Cemetery, Route 52 East, just outside of Lancaster, KY.
