MOAK Helen F. age 72, of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at 7:30 a.m. She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky, on April 5, 1932, the daughter of Walter Ernest and Mabel Clara (Reed) Yates. On December 3, 1973, in Hamilton, she married John Moak. She is survived by her husband, John Moak of Hamilton; six children, Gary Foley, Renay Begley and her fiance Jack Kirby, Kay Whitaker and her husband Mark, James Moak and his wife Darlene, Sandy Kuhlman and her husband Mark, and David Moak and his wife Brenda, all of Hamilton; two sisters, Lida Chaney and her husband Glen of McKinney, Kentucky and Grace Sutton of Lexington, Kentucky; sister-in-law, Mary Yates of Amelia, Ohio; brother-in-law, George Roberts of Danville, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers, and two sisters. Funeral service will be held at the Brown Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, July 17, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Ronald Stewart, Pastor of High Street Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
