She was born June 19, 1903 in Jasper County to William Pugh and Olvie Woods.
On Feb. 26, 1928 she married Olver Galloway. He died in 1973.
Surviving are two sons, Lloyd and Larry, both of Newton. a daughter, Mrs. Stanley ( Marilyn) Mattson, Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. Glenoa Lister, Effingham; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, a brother, two sisters and a grandchild.
