Oliver H. Galloway, 70 of Dieterich father of Larry Galloway of Olney, died Thursday at St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham.
Funeral services services will 2 p.m. Saturday in Headyville Christian Church near Dieterich. Burial will in the church cemetery.
Mr. Galloway was born in Jasper County, a son of William H. and Minnie A Mock Galloway. He married Cora Pugh Feb.26, 1928.

Surviving are his wife, sons, Lloyd of Bogota; Larry of Olney; daughter, Mrs. Stan (Marilyn) Mattson of Lincoln; brothers, Madison of Dieterich, Jesse Curtis of Mattoon, sisters, Mary Birch of Effingham, Susie Bickers of Ingraham; seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
One daughter and one granddaughter proceeds him in death.
